As an attorney may I authorize someone to act on my behalf to file actions into WV E-File?
Yes, a staff member may act on behalf of an attorney within the system. The attorney must approve them under the "Manage Impersonators" tab. See "How do I register for WV E-File?" under the registration section for detailed instructions on associating staff to your WV Bar ID.
